2024 Fall Gift Market Vendor Application for Booth Space

The 18th Annual St. Mary’s Fall Gift Market will be held September 27 and 28, 2024.The Market will be open from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM each day. We hope you will join us!  We have indoor and outdoor booth spaces available. BOOTHS WILL BE ASSIGNED ON A FIRST-COME FIRST-SERVED BASIS AS APPLICATIONS COME IN.  Please contact the coordinator, Michelle Poorbaugh at 505-228-5542 or fgm@stmaryscypress.org to confirm availability and to be approved before submitting an application. 
Agreement

This Agreement is entered into by and between St. Mary's Episcopal Church, hereinafter called "St. Mary's" and the undersigned, hereinafter called "Vendor".

1. St. Mary’s charges a non-refundable two-day booth fee of $175 for all inside booths and a non-refundable two-day booth fee of $150 for all outside booths. Inside booths will be an area of 6' x 10' located upstairs and downstairs, accessible by stairs and elevator.  Vendors will furnish their own table and chair to fit in this area. Outside booths (limited access to electricity) will be an area of 10' x 10'. Vendors will furnish their own tables/chair/canopy. Vendors must stay within size limitations of booths


 


2.All vendors must contact the coordinator Michelle Poorbaugh at fgm@stmaryscypress.org or 505-228-5542 to confirm availability and to be approved before submitting an application.  If you are a first-time applicant - you must submit pictures of your items. If you are a returning vendor wanting to sell items different from previous years – you must also submit pictures of your new items for approval.


 


3. Set Up:  Thursday, September 26 from 11am-7pm; Friday, September 27 from 7am-9am

*There will NOT be security overnight on Thursday, September 26.

** Parking in the grass booth areas is prohibited during the entirety of the market; including setup and tear down**



4. There will be minimal overnight security on Friday, September 27. St. Mary's will not assume responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged items.



5. Vendors agree to take care of their own sales & receipts and be present at their booth for the duration of the Market.



6. No children will be allowed in the Vendors booth during the market.


 


7. Parking on the St. Mary's property is prohibited during the market. ALL Vendors agree to move their vehicles from the church property, to the overflow parking lot across from Louetta, prior to 8:30 am on Friday and Saturday to allow for customer parking.



8. Vendor shall not perform any acts or carry on any practices which injure the premises or be a nuisance or menace to other Vendors. Each booth shall be kept clean and neat. Nothing may be attached to the walls. All equipment is the responsibility of the vendor.

9.  Vendor agrees to indemnify and save St. Mary’s harmless against and from any and all claims, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising from the conduct of the Vendor, his/her agents, servants, employees or licensees. It is further understood and agreed that St. Mary’s shall not be liable, and Vendor waives all claims for damages to person or property sustained by Vendor or Vendors employees, agents, servants, invitees, and customers, while in or about the premises.

10. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be deemed or construed by the parties hereto or by any third party to create the relationship or principal and agent, or of partnership, or of joint venture. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision hereof shall not affect or impair any other provisions.
